Merry Christmas! I’m looking forward to watching Happy Feet when it comes out!! :D And to make this post not so meaningless, here’s a picture of the crocheted bag I finished yesterday night:

I’m pretty happy with it, since it’s the first major thing I’ve crocheted. It took me too bloody long to complete, at several times I had to unravel the whole thing and start from the beginning. The top and bottom bits that look scraggly are actually shell patterns that didn’t turn out at all when the photo was taken with the crappy camera on my phone. The book on the top-right is where I got the pattern from (I bought the book for AU$12 though the price tag said $34.95! :D). It took exactly two balls of yarn to make. Stephanie made a much nicer looking bag from the same pattern I believe, but ah well I’m still just a beginner n00b. :P

Tim bought me My Fair Lady as a Christmas present a little while ago and gosh I do love that movie! The music numbers are all so catchy and Mr. Higgins is the most delightfully witty character ever! And Audrey Hepburn is absolutely stunning in the movie too (she’s so pretty but I definitely prefer her in this role than the one in Breakfast at Tiffany).
